RES4LIVE’s People: Panagiotis Grammelis!

Hello, my name is Panagiotis Grammelis and I am a Director of Research at the Chemical Process and Energy Resources Institute of CERTH (CPERI/CERTH), supervising a team of 27 scientists, among which 6 holding a PhD and 10 holding a MSc. Degree. I have more than 20 years of experience in energy exploitation & environmental performance of hydrocarbon fuels, biomass and waste derived fuels, advanced energy systems and process modelling and energy efficiency in central heating systems and industrial installations. In parallel, I have been involved in eighteen (18) energy related studies performed for the industry, including projects related to the power sector and district heating. In RES4LIVE, my team and I will focus on the technical assessment and validation of the numerical platform developed for energy management especially on the livestock subsector.
