Hi, my name is Jolien De Reu and I’m working for ILVO in Belgium. RES4LIVE is my first project. Of course Renewable Energy is the future and this certain also for agriculture. In the project our pig farm will being reconverted to a fossil-free farm with solar power and heat pumps. I will help with the implementation. We will also follow up the system to learn more about the reliability of the technics and the effect on the indoor climate for the animals. I hope we can inspire the farmers in our region to choose for Renewable Energy systems and give them practical tips through our experience.
